Full planning permission has been granted by Basingstoke and Deane to build 2 detached 3 bedroom single storey houses and 2 detached 3 bedroom family houses.

This application was built around an existing and emerging policy that supports the delivery of up to four dwellings on previously developed land outside of settlement boundaries.

Close attention has been paid to the local design statement and neighbourhood plan with designs mindful of its location in the AONB.

Construction will commence in January 2025.
