We were selected to promote the site after a competitive tender process focused on securing the optimal commercial terms and delivering the best strategy to bring the land forward.

We submitted an outline application on the back of a lack of 5 year land housing supply whilst also looking to align with policies and direction from emerging Local and Neighbourhood Plans. Planning was granted at committee.
