A well contained and accessible site that could accommodate up to 30 dwellings in a low density scheme.

We are looking to bring forward a design led scheme to accommodate policy level affordable housing and address wider local needs.

We are currently working with the community and officers to bring this forward in the forthcoming Local Plan update.
