Morgan’s Yard was previously used as a vehicle breaking yard. The site had considerable contamination to manage which included the processing of hydrocarbons, buried underground oil tanks and traces of asbestos from previous land fill use.

The scheme will provide 80 new homes, including a variety of housing types, affordable homes, a green public open space and new planting throughout the site to provide ecological enhancements to the area.

Enhanced commercial space will provide local employment opportunities to support the economy. We achieved 17.5% BNG onsite.
