Following evidence-based work for the emerging Local Plan, Winchester CC have advised that a figure of 50-60 dwellings has been identified for the subject village to contribute towards meeting need.

We are currently working with Southern Water as well as drainage consultants to overcome foul and flooding issues in the village and ensure viability.

We have submitted representations to the Local Plan on this basis. We hope to work alongside the Parish with their input into a design led scheme with wider community benefits.
