Previously a disused chicken farm, Weston Gate consisted of ten houses in the hamlet of Weston by the River Lambourn.

The scheme was made up of three, four and five-bedroom homes designed and built to a contemporary specification whilst maintaining a traditional façade. Many of the homes offered modern open-plan living with stone/granite top designer kitchens with the option to add an additional external home office.
